Best suited for clients who already have drawings for their project and are ready to move forward. We take your drawings, estimate the project cost, sign a construction contract, submit for permits, build the project, and get you your certificate of occupancy. Clear, direct, and efficient.

Best suited for clients who need the development of a floor plan and MEP narratives before committing fully. Our Conceptual Phase accounts for approximately 10–15% of the full architectural process — enough to prepare a Design-Build Contract. After signing the Design-Build Contract, we finalize drawings, submit for permits, build, and deliver your certificate of occupancy.
