With a lifelong connection to construction through his multi-generational family background, Joe combines hands-on knowledge with exceptional organizational skills. He manages permitting, subcontractor and client relations, procurement, and coordinates with design and field teams so projects stay efficient, accurate, and on schedule.

With more than 25 years of experience in construction and project management, Jeff brings seasoned leadership to luxury custom homes, major renovations, and multi-family projects. A U.S. Navy veteran, his approach is grounded in discipline, integrity, and a relentless commitment to excellence, keeping projects moving efficiently while fostering strong relationships with clients and trade partners.
From the first day on-site, your superintendent takes ownership of the build, overseeing all daily operations in the field. Acting as the bridge between the job site and the office, they provide real-time updates, address challenges before they become issues, and keep your project on track, on budget, and built to the KGC standard.

With more than 20 years of experience, Jackie blends creativity, technical expertise, and a strong background in architecture and construction to transform client visions into reality.
